For businesses
For boatyards and boat dealers
Requests, jobs and seasonal planning for boatyards, marinas and workshops.
Register your business for freeWhat you'll find in the portal
- Receive structured requests with boat, engine, dimensions and services. The owner sends to at most five verified companies and can share their Servicebok with consent.
- Reply with quotes per service, total price including VAT, and dates. The owner can compare the quotes and choose a company.
- Track jobs on a job board with assignee and status visible to the owner. Report completed work that the owner can add to their Servicebok.
- Plan lifts in a calendar with capacity per time slot. The owner books and fills in a checklist so the boat is ready for the lift.
- Manage winter storage spaces and the season list with boat, space and launch week.
- Create your own waiting lists with rules, offers, decisions and CSV export. The boat owner sees their place and their log.
- Invite colleagues and assign roles in the team.
What we don't do
The portal does not accept payments, create invoices or book guest harbour berths. You and the customer handle agreements, payment and invoicing yourselves.
Boat clubs that already use BÅS-K don't need our queue module. Keep the queue you already have there.
What does it cost?
Free for both boat owners and businesses until the end of 2027. We will announce the terms after that at least three months in advance.
How the company is verified
Register the company with an account. We verify automatically when the account's email domain matches the company's website, or when the email address matches the registered address for the location. Common personal email domains are not enough. In other cases we review the company manually.
You can use the portal during the review. The company appears in the yard list and can receive requests only once it is verified. Verification concerns the right to represent the company, not the quality of the work.
